Product Differentiators

Safe Platform: Not only are DINGLI machines safe but also offer the Highest Safe-working load (SWL) capacity and they make the operator feel safe which is a Plus that takes his performance up a few notches.

Accident Free: By design the dynamic balance of DINGLI Machines makes them the safest machines on all the three planes of work. The size of the foot print and the proximity of the Centre of Gravity to the ground, gives it that Plus over competition.

Dynamic Balance: Gradeability is a measure of Design & Technology because it is a matrix of Tractive power, dynamic balance when the machine is in operation. It is a criterion for selecting the right machine. All the individual specifications of the machine add on to score a Plus on the most vital aspect of dynamic balance in DINGLI machines.

Fool Proofing: Critical element of establishing a safe set up is ensuring the equipment is properly supported & supported with outriggers in place or the tyres in right position as given in the manual. The work place hazards need to be reviewed and taken care of. On the operations part there are inbuilt safety systems to guard against any mechanical/hydraulic or electrical failures in the machine. This is explained in detailed to the operator at the time of commissioning of DINGLI machines. On this front also DINGLI machines get rated as Plus which is certified by various agencies, the world over. This makes DINGLI machines almost accident free, as far as the Design & manufacturing is concerned. Whereas all the machines have inbuilt safety mechanisms but the quality & multiple level of fool proofing that DINGLI Machines have is a big Plus.
