MB Crushers offers Shaft Screens and attachments

Italian crushing attachment manufacturing entity, MB Crusher, displayed its shaft screen along with other attachments. The HDS Shaft Screens, launched in Italy two years ago, are a new offering for the Indian Market. They will complement the screening buckets and will not have any issues of clogging while crushing wet materials. The attachment kit can be used for land scoops, shredding of waste materials, for crushing of coal, gypsum, organic and household waste that have a higher calorific value.

Said Piero Guizetti, CEO, MB Crusher India, “The product has had encouraging response in India as we have sold three units for coal crushing applications in the Southern India state of Telangana. The product comes with much lower pricing points of crushing and is fully compatible with the hydraulics of excavators ranging from 1.3 tons to 45 tons.


MB Crushers offers crushing attachments for backhoe loaders, wheel loaders, and skid steer loaders under the MBL series. The mouth opening is 250 mm so the inputs could be of 150 mm that can be fed through the mouth. For excavators, the company is offering eight models under its BF line of attachments and are suitable for any make or model of excavators to the 7-ton class of mini excavators to 100 tons, with a mouth opening of 500 - 700 mm.

Said Piero, “Along with targeting smaller contractors, we have started making inroads in the mining sector with our primary crushing solutions that can replace the jaw in smaller quarries and mines for crushing aggregates. Our other unique product is the drum cutter that can be used in hills. We will make some modifications in our crushers, based on customers’ feedback to make them more adaptable to their application needs. MB Crushers management has placed India as its top four markets globally by 2024 in view of the high sales in India, which are projected to go up due to the infra development activities across the country.”
