Hailstone offers New Hybrid Mobile Crushing & screening solutions
Hailstone Innovations launched a series of new hybrid mobile crushing solutions from Hailstone, and new variants of single jaw and cone crushers. The new TJ 130 300 tph jaw crusher, EC 2500, 250 tph, EC 3500, 350 tph and EC 150 semi mobile two stage jaw and cone have a compact footprint and are designed to process hard rocks more easily.

They can crush more abrasive hard rocks and a unique attribute of the new jaw and cone crushers is their power to light weight ratio.”
“We will continue to work on product design, especially our wheel mounted plants, to make them more mobile for further ease of transportation as demanded by road contractors and quarry owners. We have a complete in-house fabrication facility that uses high tensile steel, and Finite Element Analysis.”
Hailstone’s solutions include ‘Smart Impact Series’, vertical shaft impactor etc. Hailstone wheel mounted crusher plant is equiped with VSI EP7X187 crushing unit especially designed for crushing hard rocks such as granite and basalt. Its 650 tph, HTS 1860 4D, 4 deck track screen with deck size of 6000x1800 mm has dual power. Its HTC 270, track cone crushers come in capacities of 70 to 280 tph.
Other products include HW Series vertical shaft impactors, JC series jaw crushers, HF series cone crushers, EC series cone crushers, and in the washing line, the company produces AC series air classifiers, CF series Clarifiers, BCD and Duo series bucket wheel classifiers, and Adwash series of material washing solutions. Hailstone is exporting its crushing solutions to the Middle East, Russia, and Latin American countries.
