Titan has emerged as a market leader in India’s Construction & Demolition (C&D) waste management sector with its state-of-the-art waste processing plants, based on extensive R&D, design, and manufacturing capabilities. These sustainable, robust, and efficient plants can recycle C&D waste on a large scale and can process diverse materials, including concrete, steel, and wood. These plants reduce the need for raw materials, cut down on environmental footprints, and promote responsible material reuse.
Vishvaroop Anand, Managing Director, Titan Crushing Equipment LLP said, “We were one of the pioneers in the crushing industry when in 1975 (following our trading of crushing and screening plants) we began producing jaw crushers and then cone crushers for sale in the Maharashtrian region. With our expertise in producing crushing and screening systems, we now aim to bring greater efficiency in the plant operations of quarry owners, and also minimize wastage in plant operations which is one of the biggest banes in quarry operations.”
“We are also working towards enhancing the life of our units with minimal wear and tear and minimum downtime through use of advanced materials and processes and to optimize their productivity based on feedback from customers. One of our recent interventions for optimizing our plants and minimizing operation costs is by placing motors on the single side of VSI. This has led to less consumption of power. We have also reduced the costs incurred in plant installation by minimizing the setting up of civil structures for our stationery plants,” added Anand.
For ensuring customer equipment and plant uptime our service team across India installs, maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots any machine problem. Titan’s Pune plant undertakes refurbishment of old equipment for its longer use. An efficient spare parts supply chain ensures timely delivery of spare parts at customers project sites. The company is striving towards reducing the operating costs of its crushing through improved design and materials selection and greater product support in installation and operation.
