Technocraft launches MÄCH ONE and MÄCH FLEX Formwork Systems

Technocraft's MÄCH ONE Formwork System enables the construction of monolithic reinforced concrete columns, slabs, beams, stairways and walls. It offers a safe, fast and easy solution for the forming of repeated floor plans, either horizontally (row houses) or vertically (multi-storey apartment buildings). The system is considered a big leap in monolithic reinforced concrete construction solutions.

The formwork erection is very simple and can be done by semi-skilled workers. The components are light weight and assembly is simple. The formwork is largely hand held and does not need the services of a crane for movement, either vertically or horizontally. Since it enables early slab formwork removal, there is reduced quantity of material required at construction site. Launched at bauma Conexpo 18, the company's unique MÄCH FLEX is a fusion between MÄCH ONE and MÄCH DECK. The lightweight waller can be used on the MÄCH PROPS, ensuring a smooth transition of MÄCH DECK panels with MÄCH ONE systems. The lightweight panels are extremely safe to use and ensure excellent concrete finish, faster construction and high repetition.
