VANJAX latest innovation of Articulated boom with telescopic extensions and 180 degree rotating platform have an amazing flexibility to give the operators ease of positioning and convenience to work at elevated height in total safety.

The capacity of the unit is 230 Kg with a maximum raised working height of 22 meters. It is self-propelled access platform and meets ANSI-A92-5 standards for stability test, tilting test and horizontal load test on slope. The other feature of this platform include proportional drive controls with ramp to zero operation with proportional lifting and slewing, joy stick control for traction, lifting booms and slewing and non-proportional control of steering, telescopic boom, basket tilt-90 degree and basket rotate to 180 degree. Its load holding valve is standard, double acting telescopic boom cylinder for boom extension with load holding valve. Automatic continuous self-alignment of basket with ground. It is fitted with a load sensing hydraulic variable displacement axial piston pump.

Truck-mounted multi-scissor hydraulic lifting platform is the other innovative product offered by VANJAX. This Lifting platform has a pay load capacity of 2000 Kg. The platform size beings 2m wide and 4.6 m long. The maximum raised height is 13.5 m and the collapsible height from ground level is 2.1 m. There are four outriggers with built in fail-safe safety features such as platform cannot be raise without stabilizer being firmly positioned, stabilizer cannot be retracted until and unless platform is fully collapsed, provision of manual system in case of failure of prime mover PTO power connection etc. This is one of the heaviest and tallest platform designed and built by VANJAX for Indian users with 100% in-house R&D. The multi-scissor platform is used for various maintenance jobs in heavy industry, railways, chemical plants, thermal power stations, airport and various other heavy duty maintenance works on aircrafts, inside heavy industrial machine shops and plants.
