New compact batch mix plants from Speedcrafts
To tap the growing market for compact concrete batch mix plants, Eastern India based Speedcrafts displayed its new compact, 30 cum/hr concrete batch mix plant at bauma CONEXPO India that features the company’s own pan mixers. The plant is skid mounted and comes with a 60-ft footprint & a 1.7 cum mixer volume and offered in 15-20-30 cum/hr capacities.
Said Shashank Agarwal, CEO, "The plant is ideal for small culverts, bridges and irrigation canal lining work. Since it is modular in design, it can be transported in a standard 40ft container or trailer and erected and commissioned in just 3-4 hours."
"We are carrying out design improvisations in our asphalt batch mix plants to make them more portable and compact, with provision of RAP mixing with bigger bag house filters. We are also making our burners modular in design, which will enable them to use LDO, furnace oil and even compressed natural gas (CNG). The plants are being exported to Bangladesh and since, CNG is readily available in the country, provision of our plants to use gas makes them more ideal there," he added.
Speedcrafts has recently exported a160 tph asphalt batch mix plant to Bangladesh, and has bagged one more order from another user in the country. Plants have also been exported to Bhutan and African countries. The company manufactures 80-120-160-180-200thp asphalt batch mix plants, and is currently working on a 240 tph plant, which will be launched in 2019.
