SEMW - NISSHA Pile Driving Rig

Key to SEMW success is technical cooperation with world's leading pile-driving equipment producers NISSHA. The covenant between the two companies (SEMW-NISSHA) was signed in 1990s. NISSHA is the leader in equipment manufacturing in Japan.

Pile Driving Rig DH558/658 (nick name: "Phoenix") is in the market from the past 2 decades and is very popular not in domestic market but is admired in international markets as well.

The equipment is durable and easy to operate. A pair of guide pipes is provided to the leader which enables to equip two operating attachments such as hammers and earth augers at the same time, rotary to switch between two attachments through the bearing at lower part of Leader.

Specially designed robust base machine has a very low center of gravity and a large capacity ball-race swell bearing meets the requirements in heavy duty pile driving work.

The three-point support DH558/658 Pile Driving Rig is mostly applied to drive various prefabricated piles (Concrete piles, Steel pipes, H-beams, etc.) intosoil by equipping with hydraulic pile hammers and diesel pile hammers. Meanwhile, the versatile base machine could construct various sized cast-in-place concrete piles throughout different stratums by equipping with earth augers or Kelly bar type buckets.

Replaced with the Leader, the heavy duty base machine could be easily converted into lifting cranes (DH558 equals to 55ton, DH658 equals to 65ton) by equipping with lattice boom and hookblock.

The full set of DH558/658 pile driving rig features full-hydraulic drive, self-propelled, easy re-assembling of front-end attachments at sites. The optional Hydraulic requires P.T.O for earth augers and soil mixing device.
