We have come a long way since our foray into the Indian HDD industry in 2007 and introduced many innovative products that are being used in Telecom and other underground cable laying projects. Not only this, but we also have reserved the full force of our pride for the thousand of customers who have shown their tremendous trust in our services and product line. Over the years, we have strengthened our position in the market and now we stand as the top HDD machine seller in India. We have helped many HDD operators to become entrepreneurs by helping them in getting finance from banks.
The principles upon which Rosewood Projects Pvt. Ltd. was founded- Responsiveness, Reliability, Honesty, and Giving Customers the Best Product for HDD Projects - are the same that guide each and every decision made even today. We always emphasize on providing best services and reliability commitment with each machine that we sell to our customers. We are focused towards giving the most profitable association to the customers when they purchase machines from us. We have our own well-equipped warehouse of machines and parts to cater to the needs of our customers at the earliest. Along with technology, our prime focus is on safety, we take world-class measures to ensure the safety of machine operators. Recently, we launched a Loyalty Program also to delight our customer. It will be a more rewarding experience for customers when they will deal with us in future. The motive of launching such program is to show our gratitude towards the customers for their trust and long term association with us.
As the demand for Earthmoving Equipment is rising in India due to recent announcement of various projects under Prime Minister's 'Make in India' campaign, we are hopeful that these projects will bring many business opportunities for HDD Operators, Project Contractors, etc. and also HDD market will see an upward trend in coming months. The new focus is on speed of operation, less down time and on an economic TCO (Total Cost of Ownership). Though we have a wide range of HDD machines with different features but at the same time we understand the value of change also. So we don't hesitate in making changes in our existing products and introducing new ones to meet the need of customers.
After extensive research, we recently introduced three new machines in the market: ZT-20/32, ZT-29/50 and ZT-29 AT. ZT-20/32 & ZT-29/50 are designed by modifying two existing machine models where we are offering more pull back and thrust force compare to the other machines of this category. On the other hand ZT-29AT is specifically launched for rock drilling project. Hope with our new brigade of machines, we shall be able to meet the demand of HDD customers more precisely.
