Sunbeam Infra Equipment-(A vertical of Sunbeam Generators Pvt.Ltd), which was took roots in late 2016 for manufacturing Transit Concrete mixers, has progressed to become a manufacturer of a comprehensive range of solutions. Along with generator sets, it offers concrete equipment like batching plants, transit mixers, mixer pumps, boom pumps, and trailer pumps.
“Our Transit Concrete mixer (acquired from Greaves Cotton) is a proven product since 2 decades of presence in the market with over 15,000 machines supply base on Indian roads,” avers (Madhan Murali-National Head), Sunbeam Generators. “We have also integrated the intelligent IoT feature ’T-TRACK’ as an optional feature to help customers monitor their equipment in remote areas. The system also gives alerts to the operator on technical fault, which helps in timely trouble shooting to prevent a complete breakdown, thus increasing equipment uptime.”
He informs that only good quality metal procured from manufacturers such JSW and TATA etc. of ‘high-tensile steel’ is used in the manufacturing of the machines since concrete equipment undergoes a lot of wear and tear and is susceptible to extensive operations. “We continually work to design and manufacture machines such that they have a long life and give customers the best ROI.We build machines on the theme ‘RUGGED.ROBUST.RELIABLE’. Once the machine is delivered, our technical team and service engineers ensure that operation knowledge is transferred properly to the operator and the customer. Even the customers’ technicians are trained on the maintenance of the machine to ensure its longevity.”

In road construction,we are seeing a shift to concrete pavements from the earlier bitumen pavements considering utilities.”
