Dr. Road, developed in-house, is designed to tackle potholes that appear in large numbers after the monsoon season.
With Dr. Road, potholes can be filled without blocking traffic, even on wet road surfaces, and the repaired section is ready for use within minutes. Our goal is simple: repair potholes fast, keep roads open, and make the surface as good as new.
Dr. Road is a compact mixing machine and easy to load or mount on a 20-feet long truck. The machine can fill and repair potholes within 5 to 10 minutes, producing a mix as per IRC specifications that bonds well even with wet road surfaces. With fully automatic controls, ease of loading, and the ability to operate without blocking traffic, Dr. Road delivers fast, durable, and efficient repairs. We are also planning to export this machine, which stands out for its cost-effectiveness, assured performance, and minimal maintenance needs.

AEW manufactures asphalt batch mix plants, asphalt drum mix plants, CRMB and PMB truck-mounted pressure distributors, dust control systems for silica sand and stone crushing plants, high-rise asphalt drum mix plants, micro-surfacing paver machines, and asphalt storage tanks. We also offer a range of fully automatic concrete batch mix plants.Our PRO range of concrete batch mix plants (30, 40, and 60 cum/hr) is fully automatic, offers easy mobility, can be towed by a tractor, and is quick to erect and commission. It has a shorter cycle time and delivers uniform concrete quality. Each plant has two hoppers for gravel and sand storage, fitted with pneumatically operated gates.
Our stationary concrete batch mix plant is also fully automatic and provides mixed material output of consistent quality. It is easy to erect, offers a short cycle time, and delivers uniform concrete quality. To ensure rated output, the plant features separate weighing arrangements with electronic load cells for cement, gravel, and sand—reducing cycle time and increasing concrete mix output.
The compact plant includes a PLC-based control panel cabin capable of storing up to 50 mix recipes. AEW supports its products through its own network and authorized dealerships.
