Gamzen Infrastructure offers specialized Beach Cleaning machines and TMMs for a niche market
“Our Beach Cleaning Machine is easy to use, affordable, and very effective. The imported beach cleaning machine costs 5 to 10 times more than ours. We use local components and tailor the machine to suit individual needs, and we provide service including maintenance throughout India. Our concrete batching plants are also designed as per customer requirements. We even came up with a batching plant mounted on a train so that the railway authorities can effortlessly undertake concreting where transit mixers cannot reach,” he adds.
The company has 4 manufacturing facilities in Maharashtra (2 in Mumbai, 1 in Thane, and 1 in Panvel) and 2 in Uttarakhand. There is strict adherence to quality control as per international standards since the company is exporting its products as well. The company invests 15 to 20% of its turnover in R&D to come up with specialized products to cater to a niche market, and thereby stay ahead of any competitor. It provides trained operators to its customers and has a dealer network across India and in Bhutan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Dubai, and England.
“We also offer a buy back option for used machines, which we refurbish for use by rental companies, and have recently come up with a leasing and renting plan. Builders especially are very happy using the rental machines as they don’t have to worry about their servicing and maintenance. In case of our batching plants, we charge the customer on the quantity of material they have produced,” informs Panchbhai.
