ApolloCarmix is the only company in India to offer front loading option (TT Series), which gives operators immense ease of operation, while in the FX series, the swivel driver seat gives the operators’ cabin almost 360-degree visibility. The adjustable steering wheel also makes operations smoother.

In another first, ApolloCarmix offers the remote-control unit whereby major functions can be handled from any distance. Ground Control through remote for Drum Swivel, Drum Mixing and Discharge, Discharge Chute Up/Down and Auto Water Cutoff as per requirement in specifically 4.3TT front loading model.

A 270-degree drum rotation allows material to be discharged at almost 310-degree position (on all sides of the machines) without moving the machine. It is best suitable for sites where space is a constraint. Operators also get better visibility while loading the material. A single joystick is given for all bucket-related operations such as bucket up/down, discharge gate opening and closing.

Fully loaded with unmatched features

All the ApolloCarmix SLMs are equipped with turbo charged sturdy Mahindra & Mahindra (or equivalent) engines. Engines are located at an easily accessible place for ease of maintenance compared to other mixers in the market.

The double helical arrangement with low inclination of the drum enables proper and even better mixing. Drum lifting is also not required at the time of discharge of material due to the spiral design.

Machine operation is on 4 hydraulic cylinders only (which saves a lot on hydraulic oil cost), while in machines of other brands, the number of cylinders can go up to 7. A V-shape articulated bucket with hydraulic shutter gate prevents wastage and spillage and enables better loading. Discharge chute up/down is handled by the operator, and no extra labor is required. Loadcell, rearview camera, and remote-controlled IoT device with smart vehicle health monitoring are available as per customer requirement.

Other features of ApolloCarmix SLMs include an auto water cutoff, 3-way steering (4x4x4) system for easy maneuverability, electrical high-pressure washing system for better cleaning of the machine, electronic weighing system-cum-printer to get quality concrete as per mix design, ROPS and FOPS cabin for operator safety, better ground clearance, water meter, and many more.
