S20 Boom Pump
Schwing Stetter India supplies boom pumps starting from 17m to 43 m (vertical pumping capability) in India. These boom pumps are best preferred when there is mass pouring of concrete to be done within very short time durations. Among these Boom Pumps Schwing Stetter India introduced the S20 Boom Pump in late 2011. This truck mounted concrete pump is available in both diesel engine and electric motor driven versions. A revolution in the urban class of machines, the Schwing S20 has a 20m boom with a combined - RZ fold. The advantage of this design of the boom is that the unfolding height is only 3.85 meters. So this can be utilized in extremely cramped spaces like tunnels, low height -roofed areas, etc.
The pump can be mounted on 2 axle chassis of all leading manufacturers. It's Schwing special banana outriggers enable it to be placed and operated in the most cramped locations. The high capacity oil cooler and optional 800 Ltr water tank increase its operating time and the higher capacity splitter gearbox enables mounting of bigger hydraulic pumps. This leads to higher power outputs with lower heat generation and hence, lower wear and tear.
Nimo – 3 cum Mixer
This revolutionary product is the only mixer which is permitted to transport concrete during daytime. The Nimo a 3 cum mixer is mountable on any truck with a wheelbase of 3000mm. This small mixer can move far quicker through the heavy traffic prevalent in cities. The low weight also means that it can move over ground too soft for larger truck mixers.
The Nimo is also ideal for delivering small loads of concrete to sites where it is not economically viable to send a larger mixer. The small size also means that it can enter narrower roads to deliver concrete. So if you want a quick moving mixer that can deliver concrete anywhere, anytime, the Nimo is the product for you.
