Silos/Hoppers/Bunkers

The Silos/Hopper/Bunkers have been equipped with structural supports to withstand wind load and seismic conditions (can design for seismic condition). Silos are made in two versions i.e. Bolted and Welded type and are also supplied with loading & unloading system (Mechanical/Pneumatical), Dust Filtrations System, Aspiration Valve etc. Silos are made in single / multiple compartments for sensitive materials and are designed and made of materials other than the mild steel such as Al-Alloy and Stainless steel.

Pneumatic Conveying System

The company offers pneumatic conveying system with one/two inlets, discharge to various storage silos, Pneumatic Conveying System-Dense / Medium / Lean Phase. Air Lift Type, Screw Feeding System and Compressed Air System, Dust filtration system for Pneumatic Conveying, are manufactured using high quality material and serve as the most versatile and speedy method of transferring bulk material within a defined area.

Bulk Carriers

NMF specializes in manufacturing Bulk Carriers for Bulk transportation of Cement, Fly-ash, Lime fines, coal fines etc. capacity upto 40- Cub. Mtr. Rigid body / Trailer type, Tilting / non-Tilting type, in Mild steel, stainless steel, Aluminum metal.
