Mobile Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant (MA): The Mobile Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant is a very resourceful product which can produce wet concrete with various capacities from 12m3/hr. to 25m3/hr. capacity. This is fully automatic plant with electronic load cell type, weighs batching system for Aggregates, Cement, Water and additive. The Pan Mixer suspended with 3 Load cells for weighing of Aggregate, Cement, Water and additive. The recipes selection is to be entered and based on the number of batches selected, all operations carried out are fully automatic i.e. if the plant is set on ‘AUTO’ mode then weighing of Aggregate, Cement, Water and Additive and discharge from mixer are all carried out according to the sequence, for the number of batches selected.
Compact concrete batching/Mixing plant (MAC): The MAC is especially designed for the production of concrete at sites where the quality, flexibility and performance are key features to consider. It is offered in 25/30/45/60/75/90 m3/hr. capacity. The flexibility of this plant begins in the different arrangements available. Four types of mixer models can be selected with a broad range of models: Single Shaft Mixer, Twin Shaft Mixer, PAN type Mixer, and Planetary Mixer.
The main advantage of this plant is that it doesn’t require large foundations and other civil constructions. The time and money both can be saved by easy transportation, assemble and disassemble when plant is shifting from one site to another. Just in one week, MACONS can assemble user plant in a new site producing concrete, saving user time and money.
The constitution of the plant is made in welded construction of steel profiles. The complete structure is shot blasted before the primary coat of paint being implemented. There are two coats of paint of the color is being applied. Including elements like stairs, balconies, pavements, discharge mouths of the aggregates bins to resist to the attacks of the weather situations.
Kerbing Machine (MKM): MKM Series by MACONS, first time in India developed with the internal technically competent strength. The machine is built for fast production of Kerb laying in road project. The machine can also be utilized for Dividers, Drain line etc. MKM-351 is successful in operation at various projects (NHAI Projects) all over India.

The unique design features make it most efficient in terms of operational costs, and ensure close control of the quality of output. Available in fixed or variable speed drives, the plant is well equipped with adjustable gates at its bins. The design of twin shaft pug mill ensures fast, continuous & homogenous mixing of aggregates & additives. Besides, the surge hopper arrangement allows discharge into trucks without shutdown & spillage.
Wet Mix Macadam Plant is an application designed product built as per M.O.S.T Specification for achieving homogeneous mix material of WMM / C.T.A.B / G.S.B layer to prepare sub base / base in road projects.
Horizontal Concrete Batching Plant (MCP): Concrete Batching/Mixing Plant is a very innovative product which can produce wet concrete with various capacities ranging from 45m3/hr. to 120m3/hr. It is a fully automatic Plant with electronic load cell type weighing batching system for aggregates, cement, water & additive. The plant having electronic weigh batching system with PLC based microprocessor control for aggregate, cement, water & additive separately indicating Time, Date, Batch Number, Weight etc for each cycle.
The Plant equipped with 6 load cells for aggregate weighing, 3 load cells for cement weighing, 1 load cell for water weighing and 1 load cell for additive weighing.
