Concrete Batching Plants are the flagship product of KYB-Conmat. The company is the first to introduce the ‘Twin Shaft Mixer’ technology in the Indian market for lower capacity concrete batching plants as well as for mobile concrete batching plants. Engineered to perfection, the KYB-Conmat Concrete Batching Plants require minimum maintenance, thus assuring a continuous operation and consistent concrete quality. The company ensures that the equipment is not only equipped to operate efficiently, but also perform optimally even in tough conditions.

The Concrete Batching plants have a sleek design requiring a lesser installation area and minimum civil works, which translates into significant savings of both time and money for the customers. The plant can be easily assembled and disassembled at the site, in a shorter span of time. It has a welded frame structure and comes fully assembled from the factory in three parts. It can be installed on site with ordinary “Pick and Carry” cranes in a matter of just few hours. Moreover, the plant comes with intelligent PLC-based controls with proprietary software and SCADA making it very easy operate and monitor, manage inventory, generation of reports as well as diagnosis of any faults.

KYB-Conmat Concrete Batching Plants are known to deliver 85% of the maximum mix quality in terms of compressive strength, constant slump, etc. in just 15 seconds. Give the plant another 15 seconds and 95% homogeneity is also achieved. The inherent design of the mixer reduces the wear of the tiles as compared to Pan mixers and Planetary mixers. In the KYB-Conmat Batching plants, only 30% of the tiles are subjected to wear. High quality tiles are used to ensure and even longer life of the equipment. Inside the plant, the particles achieve a three dimensional motion, owing to the intelligent placement of the mixing arms that creates a high degree of turbulence in the mixture. The plant requires a shorter length of the conveyor due to a higher conveying angle of the equipment which is a further benefit to the customer.

The Stationary Batching Plants are currently available in capacities ranging from 25 cu.m/hr to 240 cu.m/hr capacities. The Mobile Batching Plants are available in capacities of 20, 25 and 30 cu.m/hr.
