KYB-Conmat Offers Transit Mixer of Japanese Technology in India

The KYB-Conmat Transit Mixers have been developed keeping in mind the Indian working conditions and has gone through rigorous trials in tandem with usage of state-of-the-art sensing and monitoring devices. KYB-Conmat Transit Mixers have a very high speed concrete charge and discharge for increased productivity and can handle very low slump concrete as well. The Mixers have a unique blade design due to which the spirals have a wider flute, thus delivering higher charge/discharge volume per revolution of the drum. The contact area between the blades and the concrete/unit volume is lower, hence lower adhesion of concrete on the spiral occurs, resulting in lower friction and lower power consumption. Its accurate forming dies form high precision C-shaped spirals, maintaining uniform, low resistance flow and hence again, lower power consumption. These C-shaped spirals enhance the agitating performance, so concrete could be worked with and kept usable even when there are delays in the transit. They also have a lower filling level due to high geometric and water line volume, which improves the mixing performance of the Transit Mixer.

The drum, the spirals, the hopper, the flow guide and the discharge suite are all made from corrosion resistant material. The Mixers come with a detachable charge hopper and split flow guide to facilitate easy maintenance. The rear design of the mixer makes cleaning the Mixer very easy and convenient. A wear-proof drum bar protects the drum spiral without concrete accumulation. The chute is comes with a locking mechanism to ensure safety during pouring. The staircase on the Mixer is designed for operator convenience without compromising their safety.
