ACME Concrete Mobile Batching Machine manufactured by M/s ACME, Hyderabad is an ideal Concreting Machine which is used by many civil contractors, builders and construction companies. ACME Batching Machine has a Reversible Drum which mixes the concrete in the forward direction and unloads the concrete in the reverse direction. The mixing drum has the capacity to mix 600 liters of Concrete. The capacity of the machine is 10-12 Cu.mtr/hr.
Hydraulic Operated Material Loading Hopper of the machine has a capacity of about 1250 Kg and it is provided with inbuilt Electronic Weighing System which displays the material weight being loaded. The said Hopper can be supplied with Single Bin Electronic Weighing System, Two Bin or Three Bin Weighing System as per the requirement of the clients. Designed mix of the Concrete can be maintained with an ease.
ACME Machine is provided with Over Head Water Tank and inbuilt Water Pump for the desired amount of water feeding into the mixer drum. Automatic Water feeding system is also provided if required by the client. Specially Designed Grease Lubricated System has been provided with the Grease Gun for easy and very effective lubrication. Grease Lubrication is better than Oil Lubrication.
ACME Machine is the only machine which is provided with "CHUTE" at the unloading side of the drum. This Chute delivers the concrete from the height of about 500mm from the ground and in the absence of the Chute the material falls from the height of 1650mm from the ground. This Chute also unloads the concrete away from the machine hence machine is better protected. The Chute is detachable. The machine is mounted on 4 Nos. Pneumatic Wheels for easy movement of the machine at site. The machines are manufactured with best quality of the raw - material available and each machine is tested with load to check the performance of the machine and thereafter the machines are sent for painting.
