EQUIP9’s advantage of Quick Search for Certified Operators
EQUIP9™ - the first global start-up in the heavy equipment- aims to connect every entity in this industry and simplify the complex construction business with its app-based digital solutions.

Gaurav Bhushan - Founder, EQUIP9™

Our vision is to bring every entity that belongs to heavy equipment industry on a future digital platform to achieve more with a focused tech competent core team.
EQUIP9’s advantage of Quick Search for Certified Operators
EQUIP9’s advantage of Quick Search for Certified Operators makes it convenient for businesses to find skilled operators swiftly, saving them time and resources in the process. Our ability to provide a fast search to prevent idle machines optimises equipment utilisation, maximising efficiency and minimising downtime. Equip9 is committed to creating a sustainable market for the heavy equipment industry. We believe in the utilisation of used and rental equipment, encouraging the eco-friendly practice of reusing existing resources. Our lightning-fast connections is something that standouts. We are determined to eliminate delays and provide a streamlined pathway in the industry. Another problem we see is the difficulty business owners face to track their equipment purchased from different OEMs. That’s where EQUIP9TM comes in. It visualises an open API for the heavy equipment industry so that all equipment owners can see any equipment from any OEM on our digital app. An aggregated telematics will help the industry in a better way.

The heavy equipment industry is currently experiencing a surge due to the ambitious infrastructure policies implemented by the current government. To manage the new equipment, the industry needs 25 lakh trained operators by 2030.
The biggest challenge comes in the documentation of the workforce, search for trained operators across the country, training institutes, and license requirements. On EQUIP9TM we currently have 20000+ operators. We are working on automating document verification processes such as Adhar cards, pan cards, and driving licenses. Our app provides a digital platform for our operator and maintenance partners to showcase their certifications and learning videos. We are trying to connect with the Infrastructure Equipment Skill Council (IESC), Institute of Driving Training and Research Society (IDTR), and National Skill Development Council (NSDC) to onboard all trained and certified operators on our app. It will benefit government agencies to achieve a goal of employment post-training of operators and will help business owners to find trusted operators and drivers across the country. we want to bridge the gender gap and foster a diverse workforce by empowering women through specialised training programs.

Our plan of AR-VR based marketplace will provide an immersive experience, allowing users to inspect and visualise the equipment of interest.
We are also including the virtual dealership experience where buyers and sellers can interact seamlessly, exploring a vast variety of heavy equipment from any location. The use of AI-ML in our app will offer the users with a more personalised equipment and operator recommendations based on unique project requirements. Adding the software as a service (SaaS) will give an opportunity for OEM with kickstarting their own apps which will be powered by EQUIP9, thus enhancing its value by offering scalability, cost effectiveness, real time collaboration , data security and a user friendly interface. With Equip9, the future of the industry is brighter, more inclusive, and technologically advanced. The EQUIP9 app focuses on the Man - Equipment - Material - Project model. It provides Digital Services such as equipment listing, operator, and maintenance search. Our Digital Store will help rental companies to digitize their business, and our AI-based marketplace for easy rent and sale will reduce the dependency on brokers. We have digital solutions such as demand analysis of rent across the country, a virtual-reality- based sell platform, rent recovery from companies, identification of the right company to rent equipment, connecting with the right financiers, etc. The task is mammoth, but we are sure it is possible.
