KONE introduces Elevators for low and mid-rise residential Buildings

KONE I MiniSpace, a new range of gearless, compact, machine-roo‎m elevator has been introduced for the low and mid-rise residential segment whereas KONE I MonoSpace is a gearless, machine-roo‎m-less product for the low-rise residential segment.

Taking concern of the scarce energy resources, KONE also has made significant reductions in energy consumption in its products over the years. KONE I MiniSpace is based on KONE's Eco-Disc technology that paved the way for gearless technology. This is significantly more energy-efficient than the preceding technology thus helps in reducing both operating costs and the building carbon footprint. With its excellent ride comfort, energy savings and instantly appealing looks, KONE I MiniSpace™ is designed to take the quality of elevator experiences higher.
