Sinoboom Unveils SmartHub Screen for Enhanced Boom Lift Operations and Fleet Management

Sinoboom has introduced its fully upgraded display system for larger boom lifts, the SmartHub Screen, designed to optimize machine operation, ownership experience, and fleet management. The new system was showcased to customers during the 2026 edition of CONEXPO-CON/AGG.

The large-format SmartHub Screen integrates four key functions: intelligent, manual-free diagnosis and maintenance; comprehensive machine status visualization; closed-loop permission security; and an eight-language multilingual operating interface.

The SmartHub Screen enables fast, tool-free fault diagnosis and resolution through an expanded fault library, guided repair instructions, and over-the-air (OTA) remote updates, making maintenance more efficient and reducing service time.

Built on a structured CAN network, the system provides clear visualization of machine status for improved troubleshooting. Optimized navigation, CAN-ID configuration, and sensor calibration further enhance usability for day-to-day operation and monitoring.

Machine security is strengthened through traceable access control and advanced data protection features. A multi-level dynamic password system ensures secure and trackable logins, while the upgraded EDR (Event Data Recorder) or “black box” function provides reliable data storage and operational logs for root-cause analysis.

These SmartHub Screen features significantly enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve fleet management visibility for customers. The SmartHub Screen is now being rolled out across nearly all Sinoboom boom lifts, further advancing the company's digitalization strategy and smart fleet management capabilities.
