Constl has secured approximately US$90 Million in long-term project financing from a consortium of lenders led by the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development (NaBFID)

The financing marks a significant milestone in Constl's growth journey and reinforces institutional confidence in the Company's vision of building the digital backbone for India's rapidly evolving AI economy. The transaction was successfully concluded with Cadmus Capital Advisors acting as the Sole Financial Advisor to Constl.

This facility provides the capital to further accelerate Constl’s ongoing rollout of its greenfield fibre networks across India's emerging AI corridors while supporting its continued investment in next-generation network technologies. Together, these initiatives will strengthen the company’s capabilities to meet the rapidly evolving connectivity requirements of hyperscalers, AI infrastructure and cloud infrastructure providers.

As India scales investments in AI and data centre infrastructure, robust, high-capacity fibre networks will form an indispensable foundation powering the country's next phase of digital growth. Through this financing, Constl aims to play a pivotal role in enabling this transformation by building scalable, resilient and future-ready network infrastructure.

Ankit Goel, Chairman and Founder, Space World Group and Founder Constl said, "As India's AI ecosystem continues to evolve and new data centre hubs emerge, the need for resilient, low latency and future-ready networks has never been greater. This financing is a strong endorsement of our long-term vision and will enable us to accelerate the deployment of greenfield fibre infrastructure, purpose-built for the AI era, while continuing to invest in next-generation network technologies. We are delighted to secure financing from NaBFID and our lending consortium as we build the digital backbone that will power India's AI ambitions,”

Samuel Joseph Jebaraj, Deputy Managing Director, NaBFID said, “The development of AI infrastructure, including AI corridors, hyperscale data centres and digital connectivity networks will require significant capital deployment. In this context, NaBFID aims to play a key role in providing infrastructure financing solutions to support the growth and expansion of these emerging sectors.

Sharad Agarwal, Head - Lending & Project Finance, NaBFID added, "NaBFID’s strong sectoral expertise and ability to appraise and lead complex infrastructure transactions positions it well to support strategic and emerging infrastructure projects, including AI, data centres and related digital infrastructure. The Institution’s financing support to Constl marks a significant step towards enabling the development of this ecosystem.

This financing will strengthen Constl’s vision of building a pan-India, high-speed connectivity backbone that will fuel India’s AI era. With the support of its lending partners, the company remains committed to scaling this infrastructure to enable innovation, strengthen connectivity networks, and contribute to India’s growing digital economy.
