PNC Infratech has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) for a Rs 819 crore road project from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MORTH). The project involves the construction of a four-lane highway of NH-731A with paved shoulders in Uttar Pradesh on a Hybrid Annuity Model (Package-II) with a completion period of 24 months from the appointed date. The operation period is expected to be 15 years post-construction. PNC Infratech emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) in the ministry's tender process, paving the way for the contract award.
