NHAI invites bids for ₹2,186.59-cr road projects

The National Highways Authority of India has floated tenders for the construction of ₹2,186.59-cr road projects in Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. One project involves four-laning of left-over works of NH-47 at an investment of ₹1,141.78 crore. It includes building additional structures in the Kerala-Tamil Nadu border town of Kanyakumari from 43.000 km to 96.714 km of NH-47 on EPC model.

Another project involves the construction of ₹1,044.81crore Belgaum-Hungund-Raichur national highway stretch in Karnataka where the project includes building a four-lane road with paved shoulders from 182.300 km to 228.500 km for Section of NH (Ext. SH-20) (Package-5) (GT).
