NHAI invites bids for Rs 871.96-cr road project in Bihar
The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has announced a bid invitation for a road construction project in Bihar, under the 'Bharatmala Pariyojna' initiative. The project involves four-laning of the Bakarpur-Manikpur road section at NH-139W on HAM model, with an investment of Rs 871.96 crore. The project will commence at village Chitarsenpur (km 0+00) and end at SH-74 near Manikpur (38+814) at NH-139W, covering a total length of 38.814 km. The scope of work includes the construction of new pavement, rehabilitation of existing pavement, construction and rehabilitation of major and minor bridges, culverts, road intersections, interchanges, drains, and other related components. The deadline for bid submission is 07 June 2023.
