MoRTH invites bids for ₹531.79-cr road contract in UP
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has invited bids for the improvement of a road stretch into a two-lane road in Uttar Pradesh. The project is set to be carried out under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) and will require an investment of ₹531.79 crore. The road to be improved is the Barhalganj to Meharauna Ghat section of NH-227A, and the scope of work involved in the contract will include upgrading the existing stretch with paved shoulder/four-lane configuration from km 130.000 to km 191.00. The design chainage will be from km 131.500 to km 188.735, with a total length of 57.235 km. Interested parties have until 20 March 2023 to submit their bids for the project.
