A report on structures, which will fall under the transport corridor (70 metre) and development corridor (145-145 metre on either side) has been sought from commissioners of zone 10 and 13. Directions to the JDA director were issued to coordinate with the NHAI team and provide them with a complete report on the khasra plan, sector plan and land use of the stretch, which is mandatory for starting the project. The northern corridor will also be developed on the lines of the 47-km southern corridor (Agra Road to Ajmer Road), which is 360 metre wide. Out of the 360-metre-wide Ring Road, the NHAI will construct a 70-metre transport corridor, while the JDA will build a 135-metre development corridor on either side of the Ring Road. The NHAI will bear the acquisition and construction cost of the land for building the transport corridor. The alignment of this section will be finalized by NHAI to complete the loop of Ring Road in the remaining length of 52 km from the C-Zone By-pass to Ajmer Road (NH-8).
