Commenting on the performance, Amitabh Murarka, Deputy CEO, IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited, said, “September 2026 toll revenue reflects the healthy traffic growth driven by enhanced economic activity across the country, further supported by commencement of the festive season. The sustained economic momentum, coupled with the onset of Navaratri and Diwali festivities and holiday season, is expected to support continued traffic growth and improved toll revenues across our portfolio in coming months.”
According to the project-wise data released by the company, the Mumbai-Pune Expressway and Old Mumbai-Pune Highway recorded toll revenue of Rs 162.1 crore in September 2026, compared with Rs 139.6 crore in the corresponding month last year. The Ahmedabad-Vadodara Expressway and associated highway recorded Rs 79.5 crore, up from Rs 66.6 crore, while the Hyderabad Outer Ring Road generated Rs 81.2 crore against Rs 70.4 crore a year earlier.
