India plans ₹40,000-cr highway bordering China

Indian authorities have decided to build a 2,000 km long frontier highway along LAC bordering China, and it also plans to monitor China’s Ghost Village in the border areas. This Frontier Highway along the McMahon Line to respond to China’s tricks on the LAC adjacent to Arunachal Pradesh, will be built at a cost of about ₹40,000 crores. It will start from Mago in Arunachal Pradesh, adjacent to Bhutan, passing through Tawang, Upper Subansiri, Siang, Debang Valley and Kibithu and will reach Vijayanagar near the Myanmar border. The Line of Actual Control adjacent to Arunachal Pradesh will be completely connected to a new frontier highway.
