Odisha CM inaugurates industrial units & lays foundation stones for Rs 3,600-cr projects
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik inaugurated four industrial units and laid foundations for 17 projects in Odisha. These initiatives represent a combined investment of Rs 3,600 crore and have the potential to generate employment opportunities for 9,200 individuals.
During the inauguration, Patnaik highlighted that Odisha now stands as the second-highest state in attracting investments. He emphasized the state government's ongoing efforts to establish Odisha as a preferred destination for investors, which are now yielding results.
"We have always strived to provide a hassle-free business environment and an efficient system for conducting business in Odisha, guided by the 5T initiative's principles of teamwork, technology, transparency, transformation, and time limit. The Make in Odisha Conclave-2022 was a remarkable success, with the potential to create approximately 10 lakh jobs in the state," Patnaik stated.
The Chief Minister assured investors of continued facilitation support and encouraged them to expand their businesses in Odisha, becoming partners in the state's growth story.
