The Solapur project involves the construction of a four-lane elevated corridor, including approaches, from Old Pune Naka to Boramani Naka on National Highway 65 (NH-65) in Solapur city. The project will be executed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) and will cover a length of 9.66 km, from km 0.050 to km 9.710.
Valued at Rs 688.23 crore, excluding GST, the project has a construction period of 24 months. The operation period will be 15 years from the commercial operation date (COD).
The Yavatmal project involves the development and operation of an intra-state transmission system to establish the 400 kV Air Insulated Substation (AIS) Yavatmal (Babhulgaon) project. The project has an EPC value of Rs 1,151.47 crore, excluding GST, and will be developed through the tariff-based competitive bidding process.
The transmission project has a construction period of 24 months, followed by a 35-year concession period from the commercial operation date.
The two projects expand Dilip Buildcon's presence in the highways and power transmission sectors, with works spanning road infrastructure development and high-voltage electricity transmission in Maharashtra.
