Prestige Group secures ₹800 cr Residential Project in Kozhikode
Prestige Group, aiming to extend its presence in southern regions, has entered Kozhikode, Kerala, launching its inaugural residential project, 'Prestige Ocean Pearl.' Spanning over 1.5 million sq. ft. and requiring an investment of ₹800 crore, the project is set to deliver 530 luxury units in three-bedroom and four-bedroom configurations across four towers. Anticipated to be handed over by May 2027, the development, in collaboration with Westend Avenue, stands as one of the largest projects in the Beach Road area with 28 floors. Positioned strategically with well-developed social infrastructure, schools, hospitals, and retail spaces, the project aims to attract high net-worth individuals and NRIs, given Kozhikode's status as a trading hub in the state. The Prestige Ocean Pearl promises a host of leisure amenities, including a multipurpose hall, gym, infinity swimming pool, indoor games, and a clubhouse.
