Manitou BF Appoints Marcel-Claude Braud as Chairman, Names Interim CEO Ahead of Leadership Transition

Braud, 74, will serve as Chairman until the 2027 Annual General Meeting. A former Chairman of the Management Board of Manitou Group from 1998 to 2009, he has been a director and member of various board committees since 2013.
In his new role, Braud will support the implementation of the group's LIFT 2030 strategic plan and oversee the transition to incoming President and CEO Sylvain Blaise, who is scheduled to join the company on June 30.
The Board also acknowledged the resignation of independent director Pierre-Henri Ricaud. To ensure a smooth leadership transition, Hervé Rochet, Chief Transformation & Governance Officer, has been appointed interim President and CEO from June 25 until Sylvain Blaise formally assumes the role on June 30.
The appointments are aimed at ensuring continuity in governance and supporting the group's long-term growth strategy amid evolving global market conditions.
