A co-working company of global repute, Skootr, has tied-up with real estate developer DLF to launch a 46,500 sq.ft of co-working space in Cyber City, Gurgaon. The facility will have a capacity of 500-600 seats where the average price of a seat will be Rs.20,000 per month. Skootr plans to target corporate MNCs and SMEs through this premium co-working space. In fact, the company is very excited with this tie-up and 60% of the seats have already been sold out and believes that this partnership is going to be most fruitful for companies with relatively small office space requirements, as they‘re now going to operate through one of the most premium commercial hubs across the country, says Founder, Skootr, Puneet Chandra, adding that this is the second major tie-up company has done in last three months as in March it tied-up with Supertech to develop a 30,000 sq.ft of co-working space in its SuperNova project situated in Sector 94, Noida.
