Bihar Cabinet Approves ₹17,266 Cr for Rural Road Projects

The Bihar Cabinet, led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, has approved a ₹17,266 crore investment for rural road projects to enhance the state's infrastructure. The plan includes the construction and maintenance of 11,251 roads spanning 19,876 km across Bihar.
A total of 37 projects under the Rural Works Division have been sanctioned, with a seven-year maintenance period to ensure long-term road quality and connectivity. This initiative is expected to significantly boost rural mobility and economic growth in the state.
