Spectrum Metro: Sagar Saxena, Project Head
The real estate sector is embracing advanced technologies to create colossal structures, well within the stipulated timelines.
The real estate sector cannot function optimally without using advanced technologies.
Completing colossal structures within short timelines is proof that the sector is embracing advanced technologies, and even though it adds to the cost, the buyer gets a world-class product, which is sturdy, long lasting, and safe.
Since the last 1.5 years, the country’s economy is facing a slowdown due to the Covid situation. The government should step forward and announce some monetary relief, especially to the real estate sector, as it is the second-largest employer in the country.
Management’s concern towards workers’ health and safety keeps their morale up.
We believe that the workers should be given constant assurance by the management that everything is under control. Our staff regularly interacts with them to keep their worries at bay. We are providing them food, regular health check-ups, and vaccination.
Despite the measures we are taking, the slow pace of work has been affected. Everyone is concerned about the health of the people around them, and any untoward news affects the pace of work. Though we have retained our workers, a minuscule number has gone back to their native place, which is worrisome. For the benefit of the sector, we are requesting the authorities to extend the project completion deadlines.
