Parth Rubber Tech Pvt. Ltd. was present with its comprehensive range of track pads for use in asphalt/concrete pavers and excavators. Parth rubber track pads feature better installation and replacement to lessen machine downtime and labour cost. They help in absorbing the vibration during machine operation, and provide better traction on slopes and on wet slippery roads, along with excellent surface protection for paved roads, while offering 2500 work hours.

With demand escalating to new heights, Parth is increasing its production capacity and investing in more machines. Said Mr. Panchal, “The market has picked up post-Diwali, especially when the issues of demonetization and GST came to be stabilized. In 2018, we are confident of growing by 50% as there is a lot of market potential. In view of this, our production capacity has been upped by 50%, and we will soon incorporate automation in some parts of our unit.”
Parth products are known for their high rubber quality, which sets them apart from their competitors. Mr. Panchal attributes this to their manufacturing processes that are supported by an in-house R&D, a well-equipped lab facility, and instrumentation for quality testing of the products with respect to hardness, specific gravity, tensile strength, elongation percentage, compression set, load, abrasion etc. “We also have an arrangement for undertaking external testing at nationally recognized laboratories for special characteristics of any product as per customer requirement,” he informed.
Pleased with the business generated at Excon, he commented, “The response has been very good as in the first three days alone we got confirmed orders (from both existing and new customers) for about 2,000 units worth Rs.10 -15 lakhs. This is a very good amount considering that our products are low-cost with a price range that starts at Rs.2000 and goes up to Rs.25,000.”
Sharing his view on the future growth prospects of his line of business, Mr. Panchal said, “The rubber industry is growing as many new products are being introduced in the market, such as anti-vibration mounting pads and solid tyres. In fact, our volume in solid tyres is very high, and we will continue to focus on this category. In the next edition, you will see us with even better quality and better-looking products, more upgradations, more variety, and better customer service.”
As regards sales, he said, “We only go to OEMs and to good customers for whom we have appointed distributors. We have a strong distributorship in the north, and are now looking at having a dealer presence in the south. We are exporting to Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and the USA, and will increase exports by 10% in 2018.”
