SCADA-enabled monitoring combined with cloud-based data analytics allows users to track input-output parameters and evaluate plant performance in real time for optimal utilization. Our PLC–SCADA-based control panels consolidate all batching functions into a single controller featuring touch-screen PLC technology and centralized PC operation. Installed in air-conditioned control rooms, the systems enable real-time control of batching, pressure, and temperature, ensuring consistent and stable performance.
The panel system is divided into two primary sections, the MCC (Motor Control Center) including all starters and drives, and the control desk containing the PLC, HMI, and other controllers. Both units are interconnected and tested for seamless operation. LED and HMI units allow easy data input, gradation control, and recipe selection, while SCADA continuously monitors batch weights, temperature, and production data for complete process visibility.
