CS Techno Engineers supplies control panels to major asphalt batch mix plant manufacturers in and around Ahmedabad. Since we undertake mass production of panels tailored to diverse OEM specifications, we are able to maintain high quality while remaining cost-competitive. We also provide fitment, integration of panels within the plant, and related technical support services.

We offer a wide range of electrical control panels for asphalt batch mix, drum mix, wet mix, and ready-mix concrete plants.

These panels, equipped with advanced PLC and SCADA systems, integrate all batching and material-handling functions into a single intelligent controller. Our range includes Control Panels, Brick Plant Control Panels, PCC-MCC Panels, APFC Panels, Main LT Panels, and Power Control Panels, along with AC Drives, DC Drives, and PLCs.

One of our key offerings is the Asphalt Batch Mix Plant Control Panel, which uses PLC technology with SCADA to provide real-time batching control through both an HMI and a single PC interface. The system’s two-part design — consisting of the MCC (housing starters and drivers) and the control desk (containing the PLC, HMI, and controllers) — ensures seamless motor operation, batching precision, and process automation.

We have implemented key design improvements in our control panels to deliver higher accuracy, lower power consumption, and greater reliability. The upgraded systems feature IoT-based monitoring for real-time diagnostics and predictive maintenance, helping reduce downtime and improve process control. Optimized circuit design and intelligent load management ensure efficient energy use, consistent performance, and longer equipment life.

We produce control panels based on OEM design requirements.

Optimum power utilization is achieved through variable frequency drive systems incorporated in the switchgears fitted within the panels.
