Everest: Delivers Quality Product Matching Timelines

Everest Engineering Equipment has recently started its operations as the authorized service partner of the global brands, Finehope, GJJ, and SYM, for their products Luffing jib tower cranes, gantry cranes, passenger hoists in India, and has in fact inked an exclusive agency agreement with SYM for the sales, service and supply of spare parts, informed Mr. P V Ramdev, Managing Director.
Mentioning about Everest product offerings, he says, "We offer 10t to 50t level jib and luffing jib tower cranes from SYM China, passenger hoist & construction platforms from GJJ-China's biggest brand. Apart from this, the company also offers 32T to 150T alloy steel luffing cranes and gantry cranes from Finehope.
Elaborating further he added that the company believes that current market condition is very positive for tower cranes as well as passenger hoist since most of the builders and contractors now opt for the latest technology and mechanized construction and also hope that this segment will surely see an increase of 15-20% this year and 30-40% increase in the next year. While explaining the features of Finehope FZQ series of tower cranes he revealed that with its advanced technology, this series of cranes are easy to install, given modular structure and pre assembling in the factory. These cranes are applicable for use in thermal, hydro and nuclear power plants besides finding uses in petroleum, chemical, highrise steel/precast building or on other projects where construction sites are a bit narrower. Finehope has so far sold 22 units in India in the last few years, he apprised.
Giving details about SYM range he said that the most important feature of this brand is its structural and mechanism strength. SYM cranes are supplied with a load radius display system which shows the lifted load, radius and percentage of moment in the operator's monitor along with other standard safety features. SYM is one of the rarest equipment manufacturers, which load-tested its tower cranes at the factory and site to 125% of its rated maximum capacity as per IS6521-Part 1.

About its customers' support services he said that the company has put in place an experienced and well oil service team to take care of the heavy tower cranes in critical construction work sites of power, cement, precast building etc. In fact, its main focus is towards offering tower cranes and passenger hoist service like erection/dismantling, anchorage etc with proper method statement and risk management. In addition, it also offers anti-collision systems for tower cranes and is now also focusing on the professional and timely service to these industrial segments.
That apart, the company also offers trained operators to its customers and also cross checks the knowledge and experience of the customer's own operators just to match the technological requirements and even imparts proper training to them so that they can use their products effectively.
In his concluding remarks, he revealed that the company will keep adding big brands and their products to its basket of fleet and will soon become 'one-stop-shop' solution provider for infra and construction industry.
