Proving its credentials once again as a leading Construction Equipment Manufacturer, Ahmedabad-based Surelia Engineering Works has now come up with the Track/Tyre Mounted Conveyor STMC-250. The conveyor is a blend of various attributes such as engineering perfection with respect to design and technology, toughness, durability, on site maneuverability of equipment which reduces the need for haul trucks, loaders, and additional labour and materials handling. The conveyors are self-contained with hydraulic power to the tracksdrive, elevating and folding functions.

This innovative product from Surelia provides production solutions across a vast range of applications ranging from 15–600 tonnes per hour with electric or diesel engine, for Coke. Coal, Lime, can also be used to stockpile large quantities of minerals/materials.

Notably, the conveyor weighs 29,000 kg and is equipped with a 1200 mm wide belt (Chevron), a 4000m x 1850mm hopper opening, 800mm drag conveyor for feeding hopper, 82.5 horse power, is hydraulic driven, and fitted with a Telescopic 'H' Frame for height adjustment.

The salient features and benefits include low cost stockpiling solution, optimum flexibility and mobility with the highest possible performance, heavy duty steel construction, quick set-up time, proven reliability, hydraulic folding conveyor (head section), wear resistant hopper liner plates, 250 TPH output capacity of conveyor, 4–10 metres discharge height, and a stock piling area of Dia 21 metres x height – 10 metres.

Well, Surelia also offers the Truck Mounted Concrete Batching Plant which is equipped with up-to-date technology, is highly efficient, low-wearing, and ideal for long-term in places where frequently mobility is a must. The ergonomic design and built facilitate lower maintenance, and operational costs provide efficiency even in some of the most severe hilly areas as the plant is fitted with 4 mechanical jacks which nullify foundation requirements. The plant is pre-wired, and runs on power supply through a generator, or a water source. All that an operator needs to do is to take the plant to the worksite, feed the required material and press the start button!
