The structure is fabricated with high tensile plates and the machined upper structure houses, main host, boom hoist and auxiliary hoist. Sharing details on the component line of ACX 750 Mr. Jairaj Sharma, President said, "steel for the product have been sourced from Sumitomo Japan as the requisite standards of steel are locally available to provide necessary strength to the boom or the other parts of the equipment. However, in due course, we would look to replace the imported components with Indian ones.”

Speaking on the sidelines of the event, about market potential of ACX 750, Mr. Vijay Agarwal Chairman and Managing Director, ACE said, "ACX 750 has been competitively priced at `1 crore 55 lakhs as compared to Chinese, European and Indian products of similar class. Rising inflation has been a challenge for us which has led to escalation in commodity and manpower costs at unprecedented levels. However, we have been quite successful to offer competitively priced products by incorporating sustained improvements in our production line by minimizing wastage and also by incorporating varied aspects lean manufacturing systems.”

He informed, "sustained improvements in manufacturing process based on our experience and altogether the product line have allowed us to provide our flagship product pick-n-carry cranes at competitive prices across fifteen years, ever since when ACE was established. Other wise the cost of the product would have jumped manifold, an attempt which our nearest or remotest competitors could not achieve."
