From the Editor’s desk…

It was –7° in Munich on February 18-19, but inside the ICM hall of Messe München, the atmosphere was electric—not due to the heating system, but because of the excitement of over 125 exhibitors and 100+ journalists present from around the world. Though this was my eighth bauma media dialogue since 2004, the enthusiasm was as high as ever for the upcoming bauma 2025 tradeshow.

Bauma - the ‘Kumbh’ of construction and mining equipment, will take place from April 7-13, 2025, in Munich, Germany, where over 2,500 manufacturers will present their products, solutions, and technologies to more than 500,000 visitors from 200 countries. The focus this year will be on Innovation, Futuristic Technology, Sustainable Construction, Climatic Neutrality, Alternative Drive Concepts, Networked Construction, and Mining Challenges.
