New aggregate and sand solutions from Proman

Bangalore-based crushing and screening major, Proman Infrastructure Services, displayed its new Pro Series Wash Sand Group (WSG) solutions. Managing Director, Mr. R. S. Raghavan said, “The compact WSG solution washes sand and removes fines and clay efficiently with hydro cyclone. The equipment contains standard slurry pump to feed hydro cyclone and dewatering screen for fine sand. The Pro Series Sand Washing system is capable of producing two different types of sand. The machine with higher levels of operational flexibility can recover water at maximum levels, and is compatible with feed inconsistency.”

Pro Series Sand Washing WSG is available in 40-70-130-170-200 tph capacities capable of producing one or two sand variants.

New aggregate and sand solutions from Proman

Proman also displayed new dry mortar plants.The new Proman dry mortar plants manufactured in technical collaboration with Sotecma, consists of silos for collection of raw materials (aggregates, cement, lime additives), which are dosed and carried to a mixer, where it finally gets the exact composition of the required mortar. Once it is prepared, dry mortar is available for bagging, temporary silo storage, or loading directly to the tanker truck for transportation.

Mr. Raghavan informed that the advanced technology used in the manufacturing plant ensures quality and exact composition of the product.“Backed by our expertise of 17 years in mineral processing and our high-quality products, we will offer turnkey solutions to plant owners for facilitating higher productivity.”
