Propel ventures into track plants business

For Crushing & Screening industry, Propel Industries displayed its new track jaw, cone and screening modules at the Excon 2017 Exhibition at Bangalore. The products manufactured in world class manufacturing facility unit in Coimbatore. The plants will be targeted for road, mining and commercial aggregate industries.

Mr. V. Senthil Kumar, MD, Propel said, “Our dual-powered, diesel electric plants score over competing products where engines drive the hydraulics, and the hydraulics power the machines. In our new generation tracked modules powered by engine coupled with alternator which produces electric power, drives the motors, thus making power thus, making power transfer more efficient. This will make the machines more fuel-efficient, reduce maintenance, and deliver higher productivity with zero hydraulic problem.” The new dual power TMJ 811 equipped with Grizzly feeder and single toggle jaw crusher with 150-400 tph capacity comes with an opening of 1100x790mm. The main conveyor has a belt width of 1100 mm, driven by twin geared motors. The discharge height of the conveyors is 3850 mm and stock pile capacity is 75 cum. The jaw crusher has fitted on heavy-duty crawler mounted chassis with catwalk access on both sides of the machine. The module is powered with in-built 250 KVA DG set.

Dual powered cone module TMC 250 and TMC-C250 have a 6 cum hopper and 1000 mm width belt feeder and Propel well established QM-250 fixed shaft cone crusher of 200 to 300 TPH capacity. The main discharge conveyor is 1000 mm belt width with a discharge rate of 3600 mm and stockpile capacity of 70 cum. This dual power cone module is powered with in-built 320 KVA DG set.

Propel track mounted screening module TS 1550-3 has a screen box size of 1500 mm x 5000 mm with a capacity of 500 TPH maximum. The screening module powered with 101 HP Engine power @ 2200 rpm. Its hydraulic system ensures quick set up of the screen and conveyors. The fine conveyor having drop down facility to access the bottom deck. This module is equipped with vibrating grid hopper with feed conveyor of 1000 mm.
