Surelia Engineering Introduces the New MCP 48 and Mobile Stacker with Truck Un-Loader

Ahmedabad-based Surelia Engineering has been into the business of manufacturing and exporting construction equipment for over 3 decades and is a pioneer in making machineries for Mass Concreting, Mining, Barge loading and port handling solution. MCP 48 and Mobile Stacker with Truck Un-loader are new solitaires recently added to the crown of Surelia.

Being one of the prominent leaders in manufacturing of Mobile Concrete Placer in India, Surelia has introduced MCP 48, a versatile machine for concrete precasting which is getting very positive response from the market. Immediately after its launch, the first batch of seven units has been exported to huge precasting manufacturing yard in Thailand and were commissioned there successfully.

The client requirement was the customised design of machine for special purpose for their yard but unfortunately they were not getting right solution as per their needs. Once they approached Surelia and briefed their requirement for cost-effective products which should eliminate the needs for concrete bucket, gantry and manpower, the company, understanding their requirement, designed and manufactured the concreting solution MCP 48 for pre casting with special features such as self-propelled with mobility like INLINE, TRANSVERSE and RADIAL with LUFFING function.

Besides this, Surelia has also got gigantic order from Tata Steel for Mobile Stacker with Truck Un-Loader for which the company is the only supplier in India.

Its Mobile Stacker has massive vital stat of 42.5 mtrs in length and extendable height of 7 mtrs to 14 mtrs having capacity for grain shots of 500 TPH which can be exceeded up to 1500 TPH and having stock piling capacity for grain shot of 19000 tons. These giant are self-propelled having luffing movement and radial movement with two prime moving options of Engine and Electrical drive with fully hydrostatic operations.

Surelia Truck Un-Loader is a subsidiary part of Mobile Stacker, a unique machine to feed mobile stacker with length of 40mtrs and capacity of 500 TPH having its own ramp suitable for 50 tons dumper/tipper to unload the material for self-feeding. Truck un-loader is also self-propelled.
