The plant consists of four bin feeder, single deck vibratory screen, slinger conveyor, dryer drum, multi cyclone exhaust system, mineral filler, bitumen tank, diesel tank control, cabin fitted with micro processor based electronic control panel. Variable speed drives are provided at all the feeding points to enable feed exact amount of aggregates, bitumen and filler material into the mixing zone. The dryer drum is divided in two partstwo third part is utilized for heating and demoisturising the aggregate and one third is utilized for mixing of aggregates with bitumen and filler material.
The plant is supplied with a micro processor based electronic control panel which regulates all the parameters of the operations of plant. A printer is provided to give all the details of input and output parameters.
Different pollution control devices could be supplied such as wet type pollution control system or bag house filter systems to suit the emissions in the area of operations.
