On the participation at Excon he said “Exhibitions are a good medium of spreading awareness on the latest trends in the global construction industry. We always participate in exhibitions to enhance our goodwill and brand value. We are increasingly using the platform provided by big event like Excon to renew our contacts with our customers and getting in touch with new and prospective customers.”
He added “Product support has become extremely important now as the customers prefer to outsource this activity instead of having their own workshops. Participation in such events is mainly used to highlight our technological competence and product support capabilities. We use such mega events to publicize our capabilities and inform the customers that they are in the “safe hands.”
“We do not have plans for any new introductions during this Excon but would rather consolidate the products which are already in our offerings. We being in a very niche segment are already dealing with highly advanced and latest products available in the global market.” He concluded.
