Macons Launches Six New Products for Construction Equipment Industry
MACONS a trusted name in the construction sector has carved out a niche for itself in a short span of time. In just about a decade’s presence it has evolved into a giant and captured a lion’s share in the construction equipment industry. At the Excon'09 held in Bangalore MACONS introduced SIX new products. These include MAC–Series Compact Batching plants, MASM series- Semi Mobile Batching plants, Self Loading Transit Mixers, Dumpers, Concrete Pavers & Horizontal Silos for Cement and Flyash.
MACONS Compact Concrete Batching / Mixing Plant – (MAC) Available in 30 / 45 / 60 / 75 / 90m3/hr. capacity
This series of plants has been introduced in India for the first time. Actually, it is a very compact Plant with the entire structure requiring minimum civil foundations (only four footprints) in comparison to any of the conventional plants. The plant is supplied in a ready-to use state in completely pre-wired and pre-piped condition and hence minimizing the erection time. This series of Plants are available with an option of Pan/Single Shaft/Twin Shaft mixers and are provided with the latest Batching software.
MACONS Semi Mobile Concrete Batching / Mixing Plant – (MASM) Available in 20 / 25 / 30 m3/hr. capacity-
This fully Automatic Semi Mobile Batching Plant is being introduced for the first time in India. This Batching Plant is skid mounted and does not need any foundation. It is provided with an Independent Control Cabin, and is supplied in a ready-to use state in a completely pre-wired and pre-piped condition from the factory hence minimize erection time at the site. The plant is very compact and enables easy transportation on a single trailer.
MACONS Self Loading Transit Mixer – (MST) Available in 1/ 1.2 / 2 / 2.5 / 3.5/ 4m3/hr. capacity-
The Versatile and Compact Mixers are being manufactured in a joint collaboration with DUMEC S.R.L, Italy. They have many salient features like Slewing arrangements for the Drum to facilitate discharge of concrete in an 180o radius, four wheel drive, Individual weighing of the Aggregates, Print out facility with many other latest features. This is ideal to be used for Road, Canal, and Remote site projects
MACONS–DUMPER Available in 2/2.3/2.5/2.75/3/5/10/16ton capacity.
The Rugged Dumpers are designed for off the highway use and ideal for remote & small site conditions. These are offered in load capacity from 2 to 16 Tons and are with four wheel drives which enable the Dumpers for increased manoeuvrability. These versatile & compact Dumpers are being manufactured in a Joint Collaboration with DUMEC S.R.L Italy.
MACONS Concrete Paver – (MPFE)
The Concrete & Canal Pavers by MACONS are electrically driven unlike other pavers with hydraulic drives. This increases the efficiency, output and has minimum maintenance. It is used for pavements of Canal, Airport Apron, Runway Roads, Flooring, Reservoir & Bridges etc. The span varies from 3 to 15m, thickness of the slab from 150 to 300 mm, adjustable frame sizes and with both Pan and Needle vibrators.
MACONS Horizontal Silo – (MAHS) Available in 20/30/40 ton capacity-
The Horizontal Silos are an innovative design and are offered for the first time in India. This has been designed to suit typical site conditions in the Indian market. They are very easily handled and are compact. These Silos are mounted on Four Jacks and so no civil foundations are required. The Silos can be loaded through Bulkers and has Dust collectors, a Horizontal and Inclined Screw Conveyors. These Silos can be integrated with the batching software for controlling the feeding of cement into the plant and is ideal for small and remote site conditions.
